9 years ago I have scored high percentile and my GD/PI was also good. Do I have any chance? Do XIME gives too much weightage to academics?

I myself am such a case. Average acads but did well in GD-PI. And i got through. So it all depends on the GD-PI. acads ahve weightage but not much

I'd say XIME. Idont know much about Welingkar but I think XIME has better ranking compared tto WElingkar

XIME is famous for HR but ops isnt far off either. MAny students chose HR here but last year it was ops that did well in final placement will all students getting placed. Only HR students are left out this year. THe next batch has many ops stu

6 days working week. Sunday is off but might have to use it for completing assignments or doing research

Packages in Kochi is low. I donnt know the exact value but it being a new campus will be low. But since its the 4th year, situation might improve as comanies prefer campuses with minimum of 5 years old.

Placements are ok but dont expect a high package. Recruiters have this policy that a campus must be 5 years old atleast. Kochi being 4 years might not get the top companies. Teaching wise and other facilities are better than bangalore.
