XLRI ePGDM (General) programme is offered for experienced executives leading to a Postgraduate Diploma in General Management Programme. It is a full-time course. The duration of this course is one year and three months. XLRI Jamshedpur Ex-PGDM admission is based on candidates' performance in XAT/GMAT entrance exams, followed by a PI round. Approved by AICTE, this course incorporates three months of field-based training in a functional area.
