All about Yenepoya Deemed to be University, Bangalore.
Placements: The Bangalore campus is a new one, so no batches have graduated yet. I can't specifically answer about it right now. During the time of admission, they offered a very fair chance of placement for the students who would pass with 75% marks during graduation.
Infrastructure: This college provides good infrastructure for students to study, such as centralized AC classrooms, smart class setup, fire and smoke detectors, etc., which is good and ensures the comfort and safety of students. Students will feel protected on this campus as it is highly protected by security services.
Faculty: Faculty members might be qualified based on their education, but I think that most of the faculty members are not good at teaching, and they are not friendly to students, in my opinion. Their attitude towards students isn't good at all. Mainly, the management team is really below average for sure. The curriculum is relevant and fine in this college, in my opinion. It mainly focuses on the basics of every sector. Examinations are moderately tough, and passing marks are around 35% to 40%.
Other: I chose this course because it is a highly relevant option in the current scenario, as it includes artificial intelligence, which is a rapidly growing sector in the IT field. It also provides good salary packages.

The college infrastructure is not good, but the lecturers are friendly and good at teaching.
Placements: Actually, we are the first batch of the Yenepoya Bangalore campus, and according to them, we will get good placements in top companies like IBM and TCS, which are already integrated with our course. A lot of events and hackathons have already been conducted by them, so we have good hope in that.
Infrastructure: The college infrastructure is frankly very poor. When I visit for the first time, it is in a big 10 or 15-floor building with a lot of space around it, but the college occupies only 3 floors. The outside area is not completely under Yenepoya.
Faculty: Overall, the lectures are good and very helpful. If we have any doubts, we either clear them on the spot or refer to the topic and explain it the next day. However, some teachers are not good at all. Our curriculum covers all the programming languages like Python, Java, C, HTML, and DBMS, but they only teach us the basics. Because of that, it is not fully fit for industry needs, so the curriculum is average. The exams are also average.
Other: Our batch is the first batch of Yenepoya Bangalore, which is 2024–2026. For this course, the regular BCA fee is Rs. 65,000, but for the IBM and TCS integrated course, we need to pay Rs. 82,500. The fee is even higher for new students, and it is not worth it. It is mostly just for the certificate. As for events, this is my final year, and from the beginning until now, the only major program we had was Yenotsav, which was a wonderful event. Some small events also take place, but they are not enough.

A standard college for studying with good infrastructure.
Placements: Actually, I am a student from the first batch of this college. The first batch of the Bangalore campus is now in the 4th semester. So, the placements have not yet started on our campus. However, the Bangalore campus of the same college is providing a standard placement percentage.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is well.
Faculty: Most faculty members are very well and friendly. Like in every college, there are some faculty members who are rude, and some are not much well, but when compared to many other colleges, faculty members are very helpful and friendly. The exams are not very difficult, and we can clear them easily if we try to study something. The courses are designed properly. They include only the needed things. The syllabus is well-structured, and even a below-average student will be able to understand the concepts easily.

Better exposure for learning.
Placements: I am the first batch in Yenepoya Bangalore campus, I will only get to know about the placements only after the 5th semester. But to be fair during my 4th semester now the college is conducting mock interviews and more practical activities to help children achieve their goals and get placed in good companies.
Infrastructure: We are getting a top-notch infrastructure but the case is not feasible if you are looking for a campus life, as a student of this college. I am totally happy with the limited campus experience because of my personal choices. For your information, hostel facility is not provided by the college but easy availability of PG's are available near the locality.
Faculty: The faculty side of the college is well-spoken and trained professionals with good teaching quality. The course basically practices practical knowledge rather than theoretical skills. Exams are quite easy, and the subjects offered in each semester seem to be quite interesting.
Other: I chose logistics and supply chain beacuse of the opportunities and scope for the future. Every year, the college hosts Yenotsav which is a sports and cultural event with various artists across India who come and perform.

I am very happy to get admission in this college.
Placements: I really don't know about the placement because the college started around 2 years ago in Bangalore, so we do not know about the placement in the college. If we want campus placement, we need above 80% in all the semesters. Placement is decided based on our skills, communication skills, etc.
Infrastructure: Infrastructures are okay, but there is no campus, so we can't experience campus life. But, the infrastructure is very good with smart class, full-time AC, Wi-Fi, library, all there. I am staying at a PG, so I don't know about the hostel. Facilities and infrastructures are okay, but there is no campus.
Faculty: Faculty members are very nice, friendly, and helpful to us. But some are very rude, especially in the exception area. They are very rude to us when we ask something. The semester exams in the college are very easy. Even when we don't know anything, we can write anything we know, and they give us passing marks for that. For both internal marks and semester exams, we need 20 out of 50. Around 40% we want to pass the semester.
Other: I chose this course because I have an interest in the logistics field. That's why I choose this course and this college, as the certificate from this college is very valuable. They also provide scholarships, and we can talk to the exception area about that. They also provide loans for us.

College review based on personal experience.
Placements: We are the first batch of Yenepoya Bangalore, so as of now, I can't provide details about the placements. I know that our college is providing placements for students who are interested. The average package they are providing is around 6 LPA. Companies like IBM, TCS, Microsoft, etc., are offering placement opportunities, as our college has collaborations with these companies.
Infrastructure: The college infrastructure is pretty good, but the hostel is very bad. They don’t provide Wi-Fi for students, but the campus has Wi-Fi connections. We have a computer lab with a capacity of 120 seats, and classrooms also have a capacity of 120 students. The library has very useful books. The quality of the hostel is bad, as they don’t provide enough quality and quantity of food. They charge 1.3 LPA, but it isn’t worth it, and the room is too small for four people. The college has stopped providing hostel facilities due to many problems.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful, and the majority of them have secured a Master's degree and above. We have both experienced faculty members and freshers. But, the teaching quality of most faculty members is pretty good. The course curriculum is relevant and makes students industry-ready, but only if the student puts in effort. The semester-end exams are not that difficult if we study well. Exams are very easy. We will get the necessary materials before the examination, and it will be very helpful.
Other: I chose this course for its value and scope. AI and ML have a huge scope in the future. If we have skills in any programming language, it will be a great opportunity for our future. It would be very helpful if the college gave more importance to programming languages. We don’t have many events conducted in the college, but we have an annual event called Yenotsav. Our college provides scholarships for students who have secured 90% marks in 12th grade and 75% marks in the odd semester. The scholarship is only for the entire semester.
