JEE Main 2019 tentative exam dates out

JEE Main 2019 exam will now be held twice a year – in January and April - by the newly formed NTA (National Testing Agency). Even though the months when the exam will be held are out, the exact dates are yet to be declared.

However, it is expected that that JEE Main 2019 January Exam will be held between January 1 to January 20, 2019. And the online submission of application forms will commence in the month of September, 2018. It reports are to be believed, JEE Main 2019 exam will be held in 8 different sitting and aspirants will have the option to choose any one.

JEE Mains 2019 January exam results is expected be released in the  first week of February 2019.

On the other hand, JEE Mains 2019 April exam will tentatively be held from April 7 to April 21 and the application forms of the exam will be available from the second week of February, 2019.

HRD minister Prakash Javadekar informed that aspirants will be allowed to appear both times in the exam and the best of the two scores would be taken in account for admission. Two chances will give a choice option to the students especially if they fail to appear in a test due to unwarranted circumstances.

JEE Main 2019 pattern:

The exams are expected to be at par with international norms. There will be no issues of leakage and the system would be more student friendly, open and scientific.

JEE Main 2019 syllabus:

The syllabus, question formats, language and fees of JEE Main 2019 will remain the same. The time table of the exams to be conducted by NTA will be uploaded on the ministry's website.
