Engineering Colleges accepting IPU CET for B.Tech in India

IPU CET results of the different courses will be released separately on different dates. The candidates must check the official website regularly to check for the result. The results link will be updated here. The results of LE-BTech for Diploma Holders (CET Code - 128), LE-BTech for BSc Holders (CET Code - 129), and BioTechnology (CET Code - 130) will be in June 2026, tentatively. The exam dates can be expected in May and June 2026.

IPU CET is a National Level Exam. IPU CET or Indraprastha University Common Entrance Test, is competitive examination conducted by Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU) in Delhi, India. It is held annually for admission to undergraduate and postgraduate programs offered by university and affiliated colleges.

IPU CET cutoff is minimum marks that candidates must get to qualify in examination in order to eligibility criteria for admission. IPU CET is conducted for various courses at Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University and cutoff score varies for each course.IPU CET cutoff marks are usually released after results are out. They are declared by Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU) or respective authorities responsible for conducting examination. If the candidates are applying for BTech courses other than BTech in Biotechnology, then the JEE Mains is a mandatory entrance exam for GGSIPU admission. For BTech in Biotechnology admission, candidates need to appear in either the IPU CET or CUET-UG.

Lateral entry BTech admissions at GGSIPU are done on the basis of merit in IPU CET.

Greater Noida Institute of Technology, IPU offers admission to candidates based on their entrance exam scores. Aspirants applying for BTech need to pass JEE Main. Admission to BTech (lateral entry) course is based on IPU CET scores of the candidates. Aspirants must contact the institute for admissions under Management Quota.
