B.Tech Civil Engineering Colleges in Karnataka

From the sixth semester of BTech course onwards, students can choose for prodessional core elective subjects. The names of some of the subjects are, Probability and Statistics, Composite Structures, Hypersonic Flow, Unmanned Air Vehicles, Aerospace Structural Dynamics, Data Sciences and Foundation, among others.

Consortium of Medical, Engineering and Dental Colleges of Karnataka has released the COMEDK UGET 2024 application form on February 1 at the official website. The last date to fill the COMEDK UGET application form 2024 was April 10. The application form is available in online mode only. Applicants are not allowed to fill COMEDK UGET application form in offline mode. 

For students from Karnataka to be admitted into a variety of professional programmes, the state government of Karnataka administers the Common Entrance Test (CET). The CET is typically held in April or May, and notices will be published in all major publications. The top engineering schools in Karnataka include RNSIT.

Based on the combined performance in PUC/XII Std. and CET, a merit list will be created.

According to the approved intake, a seat matrix displaying the available seats in various institutions and branches is announced.

The total seats offered for B.E. / B.Tech at NITTE Meenakshi Institute of Technology and Acharya Institute of Technology are 1200 and 1140, respectively. While NITTE Meenakshi Institute of Technology offers this course in 11 specialisations, Acharya Institute of Technology offers the same in 13 specialisations. Hence, there are higher chances of getting a seat at NITTE Meenakshi Institute of Technology due to higher seats.

Yes, Alliance University does offers BTech in mutiple sepcialisations. The BTech is a four-year course divided into eight semesters. The UG-level course is offered in seven specialisations via the Alliance College of Engineering & Design.
