BTech Course Syllabus

The eligibility criteria for BTech admissions at PIET are as follows:

• Candidate must have studied Physics and Mathematics as mandatory subject and Chemistry/ Computer Science/ Electronics/ Information Technology/ Biology/ Informatics Practices/ Biotechnology/ Technical Vocational subject/ Agriculture/ Engineering Graphics/ Business Studies/ Entrepreneurship with 45 precent marks in the above subject taken together from any recognised Board/council.
•  45% aggregate(40% marks in case of SC/ ST category).

NTA has announced the JEE Main 2026 exam date for Session 2. JEE Main 2026 Session 2 exam will be held from 2nd April 2026 to 9th April 2026. The JEE Main Application Form 2026 for Session 2 will be available on the website.

JEE Main Round 6, has been released for admission to the BTech courses. As per IIIT Sonepat JEE Main cutoff 2023, the Round 6 closing rank was 27255 for General category candidates in All India quota for Information Technology.
