Established in 1989,  Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Technological University (DBATU) is a unitary, Maharashtra state Technological University in Lonere, Maharashtra. It is named after Babasaheb Ambedkar, a prominent Indian jurist, economist, politician and social reformer.
