Each semester of Annamalai University ME in CSE, students study various core subjects related to the chosen specialisation. These subjects help students develop a strong foundation in the course. Some of the core subjects included in the curriculum are:

Additionally, the institute offers MTech course across popular specialisations such as Chemical Engineering, CSE, Data Analytics, Thermal Power Engineering, etc. The placement percentage for PG courses in 2022 was 92.9%. Companies such as Google, Facebook, Samsung, ITC, Oracle, etc., are the top recruiters visited in the previous year placements.
