SPA Delhi Highlights 2025
School of Planning and Architecture was established in 1941. This deemed to be university also goes by the name of SPA Delhi. Under an Act of Parliament, Ministry of HRD, Govt. of India, the Institute is recognised as an 'Institution of National Importance'. Formerly established as a Department of Architecture of Delhi Polytechnic, SPA New Delhi is accredited by COA and is approved by MHRD.

For BArch at SPA Delhi, the applicant must have a minimum of 50% aggregate in Class 12 examinations with Mathematics as a compulsory subject. The Class 12th/Diploma certification must be from agovernment-recognized institution, and students can also present scoring achieved in national eligibility tests such as NATA (National Aptitude Test in Architecture).
