IIFM Bhopal Highlights 2026
IIFM Bhopal was established in 1982 as an autonomous institute under the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change, Government of India. The institute was conceptualised in response to the recommendation of the National Commission on Agriculture. The impetus generated by these recommendations culminated in an alliance with the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad through which the philosophy and raison d’erte of IIFM was evolved.
IIFM is known to provide training to students in Management and related subjects. Some of the programmes provided by IIFM Bhopal are approved by AICTE and IIFM is accredited with A+ Grade by NAAC. The Swedish International Development Agency also contributed financially and technically in establishing the Institute. Since its inception, IIFM has been home to some of the most brilliant young minds who are constantly raising the bar of excellence in this dynamic field.
Indian Institute of Forest Management is ranked 34 for MBA by the Time of India 2024. Located at Nehru Nagar, Bhopal, the college offers PG and certificate courses to students. The total fee for IIFM Bhopal MBA is INR 11.80 lakh for General/ OBC-NCL/ EWS candidates. There is relaxation in the fee for the SC/ ST candidates. The total fee for SC/ ST candidates is INR 7.07 lakh which excludes a refundable caution deposit of INR 30,000. Candidates have to pay the caution deposit one-time along with the first year fee. Yes, IIFM Bhopal accepts national-level Management entrance exams like MAT, XAT, CAT, CMAT, and others. The shortlisted aspirants are further called for WAT and a personal interview round. After completion of the selection process, the institute sends an offer letter to the selected aspirants. Once the offer letter is issued to the students, the last date to pay the fee is intimated.

It truly depends on the number of seats in your desired course verses number of applicants partipating.
The waitlist usually moves from 2 to 3 wait list kindly go through the cutoff of the first list, if you are around that you may get chance in the second list

While there's no guarantee, past instances suggest there's a possibility of an extension. IIFM Bhopal has extended application deadlines before 17 February 2025, for the 2025-27 batch. The last date to apply for the MBA programs was initially February 28, 2025, but was later extended.
