UG Diploma	Candidate must have passed Diploma in automobile/ metallurgical/ mechanical/ production/ manufacturing engineering/ B.Sc. degree with physics, chemistry and mathematics with 50% marks (45% in case of SC/ST)
B.E. / B.Tech	Candidate with below mentioned eligibility are also eligible: Final examination of the 2-year course of the Joint Services Wing of the NDA. SSC Examination conducted by the NIOS with a minimum of 5 subjects. A Diploma recognised by AICTE or a State board of technical education of at least 3 year duration. General Certificate Education (GCE) examination (London/Cambridge/Sri Lanka) at the Advanced (A) level.
