Those candidates who possess a NIELIT O-Level certificate will be eligible for employment under the Central and State governments. It is stated that the candidates will be able to download their NIELIT O-Level certificate after around 2 months of the declaration of the NIELIT O-Level result. After downloading the NIELIT O-Level certificate, candidates will find a question mark (?) sign on the signature. This means that the digital signature of the candidate's certificate is not verified. Therefore, the candidates need to verify their digital signatures. Candidates need to download their NIELIT O-Level certificate from the official website; it will not be sent via email or any other medium.

Please follow below steps to download the NIELIT O-Level certificate.
- Go to student.nielit.gov.in
- Under View Result, you will see the "Download Certificate" tab, click it.
Select the download certificate type (regular or modular). If a candidate has completed their O-level, then they can download the computer certificate in Regular. But if they want to download the certificate module-wise, they must select Modular.
- Select NIELIT Course O-Level
- Enter your registration number and date of birth.
- Enter the Captcha code visible on the screen in the Captcha image.
- Enter the mobile number for the OTP and click on the submit button.
- The NIELIT O-Level certificate will be displayed on the screen. Click on the download button, and the NIELIT O-Level certificate will be downloaded.
