NIELIT 2025 CCC Syllabus: The authorities will release the NIELIT 2025 syllabus for CCC online at nielit.gov.in. The NIELIT 2025 CCC syllabus will consist of important subjects from basics to advanced computers, including the internet, the World Wide Web, web browsers, word processing, social networking, etc, that the students need to study. NIELIT 2025 CCC (Course on Computer Concepts) is designed to equip a person to use computers for professional and day-to-day use. It provides a theoretical background and in-depth knowledge of software or packages. What is the objective of the NIELIT CCC course?

Candidates can check the details regarding the objective of the NIELIT CCC course. After completing the course, the candidate will be digitally literate and able to:

  • Acquire confidence in using computers in the office and general life.
  • The candidate will be able to understand file management.
  • Identify the basic computers and terminology.
  • Generate documents using a word processor, spreadsheet, and presentation.
  • Understand the computer networks, browse the internet, content search, email, and collaborate with peers.
  • Able to understand the social networking platform.
  • Use e-Governance applications, improve the computer's existing skills, and also learn new skills.
  • Will also be able to use digital financial services.

The whole curriculum on financial literacy will enable a candidate to understand several financial services and be aware of the various schemes of the government.

Q:   Where can I get the NIELIT syllabus?
A:

The NIELIT syllabus is published online at nielit.gov.in. The candidates can verify the units and topics is available by going through the NIELIT syllabus. To prepared well for the exam, the candidates are recommended to verify the official syllabus so that they know the topics to be covered. Course-wise syllabus will be published online.

NIELIT CCC 2025: Duration of the Course

The duration of the course is 90 hours. That is for theory (30 hours) and practical (60 hours).

Note: This course can also be offered as a 10-day full-time intensive course.

Chapter 1: Introduction to Computer

After the completion of the chapter, candidates will be able to:

  • Identify computer IT gadgets, explain their evolution, and explain their applications.
  • Learn basic computer.
  • Familiar with several input, output, and hardware components of a computer, along with storage devices.
  • Also, familiar with several types of software and utilities used for computer and mobile apps.
Chapter 2: Introduction to Operating Systems

After completing this chapter, candidates will be able to:

  • They will be well-versed in the Operating System and its applications for both desktop and mobile devices.
  • Able to identify several desktop screen components and modify various properties, dates, times, etc.
  • They can add or remove new programs and features, as well as manage files and folders.
  • Will be well-versed in printing and know several types of file extensions.
Chapter 3: Word Processing

The candidate will be able to know the following criteria after completing this chapter:

  • Well acquainted with the knowledge of Word Processing, its usage and details of the Word Processing screen.
  • Opening, saving and printing a document, including PDF files.
  • Creation of document, formatting of text, paragraph and whole document.
  • Inserting Header and Footer on the document.
  • Locating text in a Word document and correcting spelling errors.
  • Able to insert and manipulate tables, and enhance tables using borders and shading features.
  • Can prepare copies of document labels, etc, for sending to various recipients using Mail Merge.
Chapter 4: Spreadsheet

After completing this chapter, the candidate will be good enough to:

  • Basic Knowledge of Spreadsheet Processing, its usage, and details of the Spreadsheet screen.
  • Opening, saving and printing a Spreadsheet.
  • Spreadsheet creation, inserting and editing data in cells, sorting and filtering of data.
  • Inserting and deleting rows /columns.
  • Applying basic formulas and functions.
  • Prepare a chart to represent the information in a pictorial form.
Chapter 5: Presentation

After completing this chapter, the candidate will have good hands-on practice on

  • Basic Knowledge of PowerPoint presentations.
  • Opening/saving a presentation and printing slides and handouts.
  • Manipulate slides to enhance the look of
    the slides as well as the whole presentation by inserting a picture, objects, multimedia formatting etc.
  • Running a slide show with various transitions
Chapter 6: Introduction to Internet and WWW

After completing this chapter, a candidate will gain knowledge related to:

  • Several types of networks and topologies.
  • Overview of the Internet, its applications and
    various browsers available to access the Internet.
  • Connect to the Internet using multiple connection modes and devices.
  • Gain knowledge of device identification on local networks as well as on the Internet
    for both Desktop and Mobile Devices.
  • Also, will be able to search for Information on the Internet on several topics.
  • Will be able to download and print web pages.
Chapter 7: E-mail, Social Networking and e-Governance Services

After the completion of this chapter, a candidate will be well acquainted with:

  • How to create an email account, compose an email, reply to an email and send the email along with attachments.
  • Also, will be familiar with Social Networking and Blogs.
  • Get familiar with eGovernance Services, eCommerce and Mobile Apps.
Chapter 8: Digital Financial Tools and Applications

After completing this chapter, a candidate will:

  • Know the Digital Financial Tools.
  • Gain Knowledge of Internet Banking Modes.
  • Get familiar with eGovernance Services, eCommerce and Mobile Apps.
  • Use the Digital Locker and will be able to store documents in it.
