Panjab University Regional Centre, Muktsar has below criteria for taking admissions to it's various courses:

M.A.	Candidates must have passed Graduation from a recognised university.
LL.B.	Candidate who have completed Master degree in any discipline with 45% marks in aggregate from Panjab University or any other University recognised by Bar Council of India and Panjab University are also eligible to apply. 5% concession is admissible in eligibility marks to SC/ST/BC/PwD candidate.
MCA	Candidates completed graduation of minimum 3 years duration and with Mathematics at 10+2 or at graduation level (all three Years) from any recognised institute/university are eligible to apply. OR Candidates completed B.C.A. from Panjab University are eligible to apply. OR Candidates completed B.Voc. (Software Development), B.Voc. (Hardware and Networking) & B.Voc. Multimedia (Graphics & Animation) with Mathematics at 10+2 level from any recognised institute/university are eligible to apply OR Candidates passed any examination recognised by the Panjab University Chandigarh as equivalent to any of the above examination are eligible to apply.

Punjab College of Technical Education offers flagship programmes such as, MBA, BTech, and BSc with multiple specialisations, so that students can choose a programme of their liking. The cohort at the university is a mix of national and international students with close to 400 international students across 65 countries, which gives them a varied cohort and students can enjoy a diverse cohort from diverse backgrounds. 

In addition to that, the institute offers expeditions domestically and internationally for its cohort and conducts multiple events, such as fashion show, annual fest, inter-college business meets, international students week etc. Students will be able to enjoy state of the art infrastructure with a happening campus once they enroll into the programme.

Chandigarh University offers a two-year full-time course of MCA (General). Apart from this, the university also offers MCA in two different specialisations namely, Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning and Cloud Computing & DevOps. There are two other courses that are offered in International Tie-up Programme (ITP). These are MCA - ITP (Study in USA) and MCA - Cloud Computing and DevOps (ITP). The previously mentioned courses are taught at the Chandigarh University campus, while in ITP courses, students can study a part of their course in international universities. Scholarships are granted to students on tuition fee based on CUCET scores. 

Students should pass BCA or BSc Computer Science or BSc IT or have any graduation degree with computer Science as a course  with at least 60% marks to apply for MCA course. Students BA, BSc or BCom degree with Mathematics and allied subjects at Class 12 are eligible to apply. Admission is done basis LPUNEST score.

 For a few courses, such as MA, BA, MLib, etc., admissions are completely based on merit in the last qualifying examination. Students must go through the Panjab University CHD-conducted/ national-level entrances and then appear for the university-level selection rounds for final admission at Panjab University.

Total cost of BCom (H) programme offered by CGC University includes several charges like fee components, tuition fees, hostel charges, and one-time payment. As per the official website, total tuition fee for BCom (H) is around INR 93,000. Students who choose on-campus accommodation must pay hostel fees that depends on their room type. Hostel charges ranges between INR 1.18 lakh and INR 1.85 lakh per annum. It also depends on whether the room is Non-AC or AC and the seater type. Students must pay a one-time fee of INR 1,000. Yes, for some course, GNDU takes admission without entrance exam. The admission to those courses is allotted based on the merit secured in the qualifying exam.
