Q:   What is the benefit of reading AILET 2026 books?
A:

The syllabus of AILET 2026 includes sections such as Logical reasoning, general knowledge, and English. If candidates read the AILET books, they will be more confident and clear with concepts to appear in the AILET exam. According to experts, the following are the section-wise recommended books for both law exams:
English Language: For AILET Objective General English by RS Aggarwal and English Grammar and Composition by Wren & Martin is suggested.
Current Affairs and General Knowledge: You can choose either CA magazine for both exams. Normally, Pratiyogita Darapan or Current Affairs Yearly by Arihant are preferred for CA. For GK, Arihant General Knowledge, Lucent, or Tarun Goyal's GK book can be preferred. You must also read newspapers regularly for both law exams.
Logical Reasoning: For this section, usually any good reasoning book, such as A Modern Approach to Logical Reasoning by RS Agarwal, Analytical Reasoning by MK Pandey, or A New Approach to Verbal and Analytical Reasoning by Arihant, can be followed.

Q:   Which books should I refer to get the best results in ULSAT? Which are the most important topics to focus?
A:
UPES Law Studies Aptitude Test is the entrance exam for Law Degree Courses. The exam is not very different from CLAT. The subjects that are tested in CLAT are also tested here. These subjects are five in number: English including comprehension, General Knowledge, Maths, Legal Aptitude and Logical Reasoning. The preparation for the exam should start with going through past year papers to identify what topics are relevant and what areas to focus upon. Now coming to books, for English, you can use any book which covers comprehensively all the topics. Focus should be on comprehension part. For GK, you can use Pearson or Lucent. For current affairs, you can refer to monthly magazines. For Mathematics, you can use Quantitative Aptitude by RS Agarwal. the basic topics like percentages, average, profit and loss are essential. For Legal, there is no specific book but going through past year papers of ULSAT and other exams would help. For Logical, you can again use books by RS Aggarwal.
Q:   Do I need to read separate books for each subject included in the AILET syllabus?
A:

Candidates who wish to clear the AILET Exam are advised to be well-prepared with the finest study materials and reference books currently avaiable. There are several AILET Books in the market for preparing for the AILET exam and cover all of important topics required to clear the exam.

Candidates must note that the AILET books are organised in a manner that you will be able to see the previous years question paper. It is very important for candidates to be familiar with the AILET test pattern as it help students to develop a better strategy and study plan.
