Life in Manipal University Jaipur.
Placements: There are 7% of the students who got placement from the college. The highest package was 17 Lacs per annum and the lowest package was 4 Lacs per annum. The roles offered in my course are based on digital marketing, content writing, and social media management.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is the attractiveness of the college. The greenery, environment, and labs are well maintained. All equipment necessary for the course is there, and any student can use it in their free time. We can issue cameras for our assignments whenever we want.
Faculty: The faculty is very helpful towards the students. They provide you with every way possible. The course curriculum is relevant for us to get into the industry. The semester exams are based on our critical thinking. The teaching method is based on practical methods.
Other: The course I've opted for is very interesting, and the university is very supportive of the students. Our faculty members take students on field visits to have a real-life experience. Besides the academic part, the events, fests, and everything is actively taking place. There are several clubs handled by the students that enhance our skills.

The college is well-built. The courses offered are wide and also relevant.
Placements: A very small number of students were placed in my batch. The placements only offered up to 6–7 LPA packages. The companies that came in were not very relevant to our course; they were there to hire "non-technical students. Most of the companies offered roles in telecommunications, associates and trainees.
Infrastructure: I didn't opt to stay in the main university hostel. I would rather stay in a PG nearby because the main hostel is very expensive and not worth the price. The private PGs and hostels nearby are much better, affordable and safe as well. They provide facilities for all needs without extra cost.
Faculty: The teachers are really helpful, well-qualified and knowledgeable. The teaching quality and course curriculum are relevant and useful. The semester exams are lengthy but not very difficult. Although getting detained because of low attendance is a problem,.

Our college provides a wonderful learning experience.
Placements: In our batch, more than 95% of students were placed in media houses and PR jobs. The highest salary package offered was 12 LPA. The lowest salary package offered was 4.2 LPA and the average salary package offered was 6.4 LPA. Almost 100% of students got internship offers and had opportunities. Top roles offered are manager and PR manager.
Infrastructure: The college had classrooms. All classrooms were air-conditioned and fully ventilated. All the required lab equipment was available and there was a common library where one could find every possible book. The quality of food offered in the mess and canteen was hygienic. The college also offered emergency first aid.
Faculty: Our faculty members were highly qualified. They were very helpful to students. They offered end-to-end solutions to the students' problems. The course curriculum was helpful as it offered all the required skills that students needed to learn during the course and made them industry-ready. A CGPA of 6 is required to pass.
Other: I wanted to take a course where I could learn about production, marketing strategies, and advertising at the same time. It was the best option because it provided a wide range of skills. Everything was up to the mark. The college offered scholarships. It organised big events and celebrities come to perform. The campus was very huge and it had more than 14000 students.

It is worth taking admission to this college.
Placements: There are more than 85 students in our batch, and there are 2 sections in total. Here the ratio of placements is not much good because, in this course, students often don't attend placements. They attend college to find out what they are interested in. Companies like Reliance, Aaj Tak, etc., visit here.
Infrastructure: Facilities provided on our campus are media labs, computer labs, photography studio, sports room, library, plenty of canteens and Wi-Fi services. Facilities provided in the hostel are a sports room, library, fully furnished rooms, laundry services, room cleaning services and best quality food.
Faculty: The curriculum here is quite good as it focuses on both practical and theoretical knowledge. This course is relevant as it conveys about the recent time journalism. Here teachers also teach well and are quite friendly. There are field visits, and they are very fun.
Other: I chose this course to explore my talents and finally found out where I am really good. I wish they should offer more practical knowledge and also give more practical assignments, which helps us to connect more. Plenty of events are organised by students, which helps us to showcase our talents and connect. Our college also has a scholarship programme and also has many different clubs.

It is an exceptional university with an unproductive crowd.
Placements: Placements are similar to any other private colleges in the country. You must know that media companies don't go to colleges for placements. So don't expect media houses to come for placements. Technical companies like Byju's hire students for good pay packages. You can expect an average of 3 LPA. I would say if you are genuinely interested in this field then don't depend on placements. Become skilled that you get hired in any company you want.
Infrastructure: Classrooms are smart and clean. Wi-Fi is not provided for free. You have to buy the package to use Wi-Fi. However, students can use LAN in the library. Library is the best place in MUJ. It has a variety of books. Mess food is eatable but there are so many other eateries as well.
Faculty: Faculty members are helpful and qualified. However, I found them uninterested and demotivating. Studies are helpful but industry exposure is a must if you want to work. Just a degree won't do any good. So involve yourself in activities and shoots other than studies.
Other: MUJ has the best campus life. The campus is very photogenic. The best time is during the fests. Participants as well as being the audience is fun in both ways.

I am satisfied with the facilities but not with the placements offered in 2020.
Placements: This year because of the lockdown due to COVID-19 pandemic, the number of students got placed, and the number of companies visited here was very minimal. However, our college invites a lot of companies related to our course not only for jobs but also for internships. But most of them are sales, technology-based and IT companies, which might be related or might not be related to us.
Infrastructure: Our college has all the facilities and great architecture for students to explore. It is a very hygienic and environmental-friendly university, and it has solar energy plants. Our college has a sports room, hostel and a mess, where hygiene is maintained by taking care of all types of measures.
Faculty: If our course curriculum is a bit more practical-oriented, then it will be high-class. Our college offers a practical study, but if it provides fieldwork, then we can gain more knowledge. Faculty members of the course are very experienced and make us understand things better and help us to improve our flaws.
Other: Fests organised in our college are the best, and our college invites celebrities. Our college conducts the best Dj programs and the best environment to enjoy.

Infrastructure and college are good.
Placements: Almost 50% of the students got placed in our course. The highest salary package offered is 6.8 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered is 3 LPA. Top recruitment companies are Byju's and Lido, which offered sales and management roles. Almost 70% of the students got an internship from our course in different companies.
Infrastructure: Students are given various facilities like labs to work, library to study at any time and digital classrooms. Every facility is given in the hostel like mess, canteens and library. They provided medical facilities in case of any injury or not well.
Faculty: Teachers are very supportive, qualified and knowledgeable. They use different methods for teaching, which are very attractive for students. Everything is relevant to the course. It makes students understand how to work in industries, and they also give advice during the lecture.

I am dissatisfied with the placements, but faculty members are good here.
Placements: We didn't get any placement. We were told to attend placements of marketing and sale companies. Media house or companies do not visit our college for placements. Placements are not available for journalism students. None of the students from our course got placement. Top roles are not offered to the students. Companies visit our college to hire BBA and engineering students.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our course is average, and faculty members are trying to make it better every year. I had not opted for the hostel, so I don't know much about it. There are many canteens on the campus and a good space for the students in the hostel.
Faculty: Teachers in our college are helpful. They have full knowledge of what they are teaching. The course curriculum can be enhanced more so that the students become industry-ready. There should be changes in some fields like television, Hindi subject and lab.
