At the time of MBA admission, candidates have to pay the first instalment of the fee. Post the acceptance of admission offer, candidates have to complete the admission process and pay the first instalment by a certain deadline.

First installment for GEN/OBC/EWS Category: INR 4, 10, 660
First installment for SC/ST/PwD Category: INR 60.660.

IIT Kharagpur MBA Fee Refund Policy

As per the AICTE guidelines, the fee amount will be refunded to candidates after deduction of INR 1000, if the candidate decides to withdraw admission before commencement of the classes. The tuition fee is refundable only if the candidate doesn’t opt for international immersion programme.
