IIT Kharagpur MBA Admission Process 2027
IIT Kharagpur MBA admission will be done in two stages. In both stages CAT score will taken into consideration for selecting candidates:
Stage 1: Shortlisting for Personal Interview (PI) based on CAT 2026 result and academic record
Stage 2: Final selection of candidates for admission based on a combined score comprising Application Rating (AR), CAT 2026 score, and Personal Interview (PI) performance.

To apply for IIT Kharagpur MBA course, candidates are required to fulfill the following eligibility criteria along with having a valid CAT score.
- A Bachelor's degree of minimum 4-year duration in engineering/technology/pharmacy or a Master's degree in Science/Economics/Commerce (with Mathematics or Statistics at Bachelor's level)
- Minimum percentage of marks in the qualifying degree for General/EWS/OBC candidates is 60% or CGPA of 6.5 on a 10-point scale and for SC/ST/PWD candidates, it is 55% or CGPA of 6.0 on a 10-point scale.
