MAT 2018 Counselling

Once AIMA releases MAT 2018 results, the institutes accepting MAT scores prepare a merit list and candidate are informed through call letters or via e-mail. Updates regarding counselling are notified on the official website by AIMA.

Candidates must note that AIMA does not hold a centralised counselling process. Candidates who clear MAT 2018 September exam will be called for counselling likely in the first week of October. The selection process of each college accepting MAT scores differs. There are a few colleges that grant admission to candidates directly on the basis of MAT scores obtained by a candidate while some colleges take into consideration MAT scores, scores of Written Ability Test, Group Discussion, and Personal Interview.

It must be noted that the candidate will have to register separately for every college by visiting each college’s official website. Colleges will allot final seats on the basis of MAT scores, and marks obtained by the candidate in other selection rounds.
