MICAT 2017 application form & process

Aspirants of MICAT 2017 need to fill in the application form correctly in order to appear for the exam. The date of filling in of application form has not been announced yet, but MICAT I registrations are expected to begin by end of September or first Week October 2016, and will continue till November 25, 2016 at 11:59 pm.

The registrations for MICAT II will commence on January 3, 2017 and will continue till January 31, 2017 at 11:59 pm.

Candidates must note that they should check the eligibility criteria of the exam before applying or the same. Incomplete applications/applications having incorrect information/application that do not comply by the eligibility criteria will be rejected.

The test fee is Rs 1965– payment can be made through cash at SBI Bank, online payment through Credit Card or through Demand Draft. To fill in the application form, a candidate needs to follow the below mentioned steps:

• Visit the official website
• Click on the ‘Register’ tab and fill in the required date
• Agree to the terms & conditions by clicking on the ‘I Agree’ tab
• The candidate needs to fill in personal data and click on register
• As soon as this is done, the candidate will receive an email that’s hall contain the respective candidate’s MICA ID and password – the candidate will have to use this ID and password for all MICA 2017 correspondences
• Use MICA 2017 ID and password and fill in the application form and press continue
• Make payment using Credit Card, Demand Draft and Counter Payment (where the candidate needs to make the payment at MICA Admission Office)
• Click on preview and check the MICAT 2017 application form filled. Once assured that all the details are correct, enter submit

Modes of payment

The candidate can choose to pay from any of the following modes:

• Cash at SBI Bank

The candidate needs to take a printout of the SBI bank Challan – the Challan will constitute of three parts. Once the exam fee is paid at any SBI branch in the city, the candidate will receive back two parts of the stamped Challan. The candidate needs to keep one receipt with herself/himself, and the other stamped MICA copy of the Pay-in-slip needs to be signed and sent to Collection Centre at the following address:

• Online Payment using Credit Card

Candidates can pay the exam fee online using Master or Visa Card. Go to the payment mode on the official website, and select credit card option. Follow the instructions stated and make payment.

• Demand Draft

The candidate needs to create the test fee’s Demand Draft (DD)/ multi city cheque/ at par cheque in favour of "MICA" payable at Ahmedabad.
