Government quota seats will be allotted by the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE) based on KEAM rank list at SNGCE. The college code for government quota is SNG. For Govt. Quota, candidates have to apply online with the college code SNG and branch of preference as and when announced by the Commissioner for the Entrance Examination.

The college has not released the placement rarte recorded for the class 2023. However, as per unoffcial sources, the hiring rate recorded for CSE students was 80% during the placement drive 2023. The same has been mentioned in the table below:

The Adi Shankara Institute of Engineering and Technology (ASIET) offers a Master of Business Administration (MBA) programme with a total of 120 seats. This number is divided among three specializations:

 

* Finance

* Human Resource Management

* Marketing Management

 

Each specialisation has 40 seats available.

As per IIM Kozhikode fees structure for the MBA programme, the total tuition fees to pursue MBA ranges from INR 12 Lacs to INR 22.5 lakh. This fee is provided in a range as the tuition fees for few specialisations differ from others.

Calicut University participates in the Central Sector Scholarship Scheme for College and University Students, which is administered by the MHRD. This scholarship provides financial assistance to students in need to cover tuition, maintenance and other expenses. Eligibility includes enrolling in a full-time UG or PG course with a minimum of 55% marks in the previous examination. Applications are done online through the MHRD website and the university also has a scholarship cell to help students with the process and other scholarships.

Kannur University accepts the following entrance exam scores for admission to MBA: KMAT, CMAT, CAT. 

Admission to the MBA programme is also based on: Group discussion, Interview. 

Kannur University conducts its own entrance exam for all PG level courses except MBA. 

The various MBA specializations at Kannur University are: 

HRM, IB, System Management, Finance, Marketing Management, IT, General fields. 

To be eligible for Kannur University PG admission, you must have: 

An honors degree from this university with aggregate 55% marks or equivalent grade

For SEBC and physically challenged candidates, the aggregate mark required is 50%

For SC and ST, a minimum pass in the degree examination is sufficient

MBA is one of the popular courses of CUSAT. Cochin University is ranked 41 among the top universities in the country as per NIRF 2022 rankings. In 2023 rankings, the university made a position jump to 37. Looking at the placement, CUSAT MBA 2023 placements statistics are also available. The highest and average package offered to the participants of the placement drive stood at INR 20.14 LPA and INR 9.32 LPA, respectively. In addition, four international offers were made.

Talking about curriculum, the two year MBA (Full-time) programme at School of Management Studies offers both core and elective courses. Students also get a chance to take up internship programmes during the summer break after the first year wherein they are mandated to carry out project work in their chosen companies for internship.

Candidates who fulfil the eligibility requirements can apply for MBA admission at NIT Calicut. However, the final selection of candidates is based on their scores valid CAT scores. Apart from the entrance test score, candidates will be selected based on performance in the Group Discussion and Personal Interview rounds, Academic Merit (Class 10, Class 12 & Graduation), and Work Experience (if any) as well. Candidates seeking admission to industry-sponsored MBA courses must appear for a Department-level admission test.
