Mysore University accepts entrance exams for courses such as B.Tech, MBA, M.Tech, B.Arch Ph.D. etc. The entrance exam accepted for B.Tech course is KCET. Moreover, for MBA course, the entrance exams accepted for MBA course is MAT CAT Karnataka PGCET XAT CMAT GMAT ATMA KMAT KCET. And GRE. Further, the entrance exams accepted for M.Tech course include Karnataka PGCET/ GATE/PGEE and for B.Arch the entrance exam accepted include KCET. And NATA.

Kuvempu University offers MBA programme for a duration of two-years in three specialisations. Candidates after completing graduation can apply for any of the below specialisations:

University of Mysore is also good, but I prefer Mangalore University, with first-class campus environment and first-class teachers.There are no comparable standards for universities, and every university has different development ideas. For a rigid comparison, Mangalore University is better than University of Mysore

The MBA syllabus is divided in four semesters. It includes many core subjects under different domains. The first year subjects are Economic for Managers, Organisational Behaviour, etc. From second year onwards, students get to study multiple core subjects of Finance, Marketing, HR, etc. Some finance subjects are Indian Financial Systems,  Risk Management and Derivatives, etc. 

IIBS Bangalore offers a two-year PGDM programme. Students pursuing PGDM need to choose a specialisation during the course. Below are some of the specialisation options available for PGDM:

There are a total of 240 seats for the PGDM programme at SDMIMD Mysore. The sanctioned seat intake is considered during the seat allotment procedure. SDMIMD shall reserve the right to revise the seat count. It must be noted that the mentioned seat intake is as per the official website/sanctioning body. It is still subject to changes and hence, is indicative.

The total fee for a two-year PGDM course at INR 17.5 Lakh. After qualifying for all the selection parameters of admission to PGDM course at Jagdish Sheth School of Management (JAGSoM), candidates who get selected have to pay a course fee.

 The fee above is applicable for both PGDM (General) and PGDM (Specialised-courses). This course fee is inclusive of the boarding and lodging charges of the hostel.
