There are two steps in the selection process.

• Step I: SNAP Test: The Symbiosis National Aptitude (SNAP) Test is a common written exam for admission to all Symbiosis postgraduate institutes. Students who wish to be admitted to SIIB, Pune, must take it. Visit the college's official website to register for the SNAP Test and obtain more information. Obtain your SNAP ID and finish the SNAP registration and payment. A candidate does not automatically advance to the next round of the SIIB, Pune selection process just by showing up for the SNAP Test.

• Step II: SIIB, Pune's GEPI The candidates on the short list will be contacted for the next round of selection at SIIB, Pune, based on their SNAP scores. On the dates specified, the results of the candidates who were shortlisted or not are made public through a link on the SIIB website. Only PUNE will host the whole selection process. Group exercises and one-on-one interviews are part of this process.
