DM	Must be within the prescribed age limit - For OBC candidates (please attach proof as per Annexure*): 40 years - For SC/ST candidates, Ex-Servicemen and Commissioned Officer including ECO, SSCO who have rendered or released on satisfactory assignment (please attach proof): 42 years

MPH	The candidate must possess MBBS/BDS/B.V. Sc/BE/MA/M.  For a few courses, such as MA, BA, MLib, etc., admissions are completely based on merit in the last qualifying examination.
