With 122 marks in MHT CET, your percentile is likely to fall between 95 and 97, depending on the overall difficulty level of the paper and performance of other candidates. This range can vary slightly each year. Such a percentile generally gives you a good chance for admission to reputed state engineering colleges through the centralized counselling process.

With an low score in MHT CET you still have chance to get into government colleges if you come under SC/ST category, also on branch preferences you would still have an chance , also on further rounds the vacant seats will be filled with low score students.
