No, the MHT CET Law exam (MH CET Law) is a state-level entrance test meant only for law colleges in Maharashtra. It isn't accepted for admissions outside Maharashtra, as other states or universities usually take national-level exams like CLAT or conduct their own entrance tests.

A time of around 3 to 6 months is mostly enough for full MH CET Law preparation if you stay regular with your study. Some students even manage it in about 40 days, but a 3-month plan done in small phases works better. Focus more on Legal Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, and Current Affairs so you can cover everything properly and still have time for mock tests and quick revision.

Some best books for MHCET Law include Legal Awareness and Legal Reasoning by A.P. Bhardwaj, Objective General English by R.S. Aggarwal, and Lucent's General Knowledge. For Logical Reasoning, use A Modern Approach to Logical Reasoning by R.S. Aggarwal. Read daily newspapers or monthly magazines for Current Affairs and GK updates.

Yes, other state candidates can apply for MHT CET, but the exam is being conducted exclusively in Maharashtra state. This means that outside state applicants have to travel to Maharashtra to give the exam. Moreover, the reservation benefits will not apply to outside state candidates. Candidates from outside Maharashtra will be considered for All India quota seats.
