Ninth edition of Pariksha Pe Charcha (PPC) 2026 is likely to be held in first week of February 2026 in New Delhi. Central Board of Secondary Education has asked schools to ensure live viewing for all students from Class VI and above.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi will interact with students, teachers and parents during Pariksha Pe Charcha 2026. This programme will be open to students from Class VI onwards, along with educators and parents.
PPC will be broadcast live across multiple platforms. These include Doordarshan channels such as DD National, DD News and DD India, besides major private television channels. It will also be aired on All India Radio.
Live interaction will be streamed on official digital platforms, including PMO website, Ministry of Education platforms, Doordarshan portals and MyGov.in. Social media streaming will be available on YouTube (MoE), Facebook Live and Swayam Prabha channels.
CBSE has advised schools to ensure wide publicity of PPC 2026 and make arrangements for live viewing for all students from Class VI and above. Schools have been asked to facilitate collective participation to ensure maximum outreach.
Pariksha Pe Charcha is held every year before board exams and focuses on issues related to exams, preparation strategies and stress management. 2026 edition will be ninth interaction under this programme.
Registrations for Pariksha Pe Charcha 2026 had crossed 4.2 crore, making it most widely participated edition since it began in 2018.

CBSE is conducting the CBSE practical exams between January 1 and Feb 14, 2026. There is no external examiner allotted to conduct practical exams for Class 10, while external examiners are called to conduct the CBSE 12th practical exams.
For winter-bound schools, CBSE practical exams 2026 were held between November 6 and December 6, 2026.
CBSE will conduct the 10th, 12th board exams 2026 from February 17, 2026 in pen and paper format. The exams will conclude on April 9, 2026.
The board released the CBSE syllabus and exam pattern 2026 on the official website. Students must finish with their syllabus by January 2026 and start practising the CBSE sample papers and previous years question papers for better preparation of the exams.
