The UP board has released the Class 12 practical exam dates on December 16, 2025. UPMSP has released the UP Board Practical exam dates 2026 for intermediate practicals on the official website at upmsp.edu.in. The UP Board 12th practical exams 2026 will be held in two phases. First phase from Jan 24, 2026, to Feb 1, 2026 for the Agra, Azamgarh, Bareilly, Lucknow, Saharanpur, Jhansi, Devipatan, Chitrakoot, Basti, and Faizabad regions. In the second phase, between Feb 2 and 9, 2026, for Meerut, Aligarh, Moradabad, Kanpur, Prayagraj, Mirzapur, Varanasi, and Gorakhpur regions.

Here are important instructions to follow in the practical exams.
- You must bring your UP Board Class 12 admit card and your school ID every day.
- Without these, you cannot enter the exam room or lab.
- Reach the exam center at least 30 minutes before the exam starts.
- This will help you avoid stress or confusion.
- You must wear your full school uniform during the practical exams.
- Carry all items you need for the exam like pen, pencil, lab coat, and other instruments.
- Do not depend on others because sharing may not be allowed.
- No bags, books, or notes.
- No mobile phones, smartwatches, or electronic gadgets.
- Calculators are not allowed unless the teacher says it is okay for that subject.
