NID DAT B.Des Mains Result 2026
NID DAT 2026 B.Des Final Result is to be declared anytime soon in May 2026. It is expected to be released on the website of NID admissions.nid.edu. To check the NID B.Des Mains marks and result, candidates need to log in using Email ID and Date of Birth. The scorecard will be released for the candidates who appeared for the NID B.Des Mains Exam: NID Studio Sensitivity Test and NID In-Person Sensitivity Test. The test was conducted on April 19, 2026, and April 26, 2026.
After the declaration of the result, NID Rechecking Window will open for result rechecking. It will be available for a period of 2-3 days for rechecking of the NID Scorecard. A fee of around INR 2000 will be charged for the rechecking of result.

In case the total marks scored by two or more candidates are the same, the following tie-break policy will be used for awarding ranks in the final merit list.

- If the tie still persists, higher rank will be assigned to the candidate who has obtained higher marks in Studio Sensitivity Test Question 3

The eligibility criteria for NID B.Des is given below.
Parameters B.Des Age Limit - General category candidates must be born on or after 1 July 2005.
- Other Backward Class-Non Creamy Layer (OBCNCL), Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST) - the candidate must be born on or after 1 July 2002.
