Additionally, there is a requirement of an aggregate of 187.5-92.4% in 10+2 of CBSE or equivalent.

The total seat intake for the BArch programme is 40.

The upper age limit for applying in Bachelor programmes is restricted to 20 years relaxable up to three years on proving genuine evidence of discontinuity in education profile; however, for post-graduate programmes there is no age limit.
