Delhi University will conduct odd semester examinations in OBE mode, Even semester exams in Physical mode

Delhi University has announced that it will be conducting odd semester examinations in the Open Book Examination (OBE) mode, while even semester examinations will be conducted in physical mode.

As per the notice issued by DU, the Odd semester examination will be conducted in the month of March and April while the Even semester examination will be conducted in the month of May 2022.

The Delhi University notice reads: β€œIt is hereby informed to all concerned that the University of Delhi on the basis of recommendations of the Working Group for Examinations has decided that all the examinations which shall be conducted during the month of March and April 2022 (Odd Semester Examinations I, III, V, VII) shall be conducted in Open Book Examination (OBE) mode.

Further, all the examinations which shall be conducted during the month of May 2022 onwards (Even Semester Examinations shall be conducted in Physical Mode.

Recently Delhi University announced that the colleges and departments will reopen for offline classes from February 17. The recent notice clarifies that March/ April 2022 Examinations are to be held in OBE mode for students of Semester I, III, V and VII(Odd Semester). May 2022 Examinations will be held in the physical mode for Semester II, IV, VI, VIII (Even Semester).

Delhi University will issue detailed guidelines in this regard shortly.
