Breaking! CET Cell Removes MHT CET 2026 Second Attempt Dates Hours After Announcement
In a latest development, the CET Cell has removed the MHT CET 2026 session 2 exam dates just a few hours after uploading the notification on the website. The sudden move has left thousands of students confused, who anticipate a revision of the schedule.
Earlier today, the CET Cell released the final schedule for the second attempt of MHT CET 2026, which is being conducted in two sessions for the first time. The session 2 exam was scheduled for May 10 and 11 for PCB and May 12 to 21 for PCM.
However, now the MHT CET 2026 2nd attempt dates have bee removed from the website. The removal is causing confusion among aspirants who are now anticipating a change of dates. Some students believe that the dates may have been uploaded by mistake, and there is a possibility of revision due to clashes with other exams like JEE Advanced. Though not an exact clash, the earlier schedule left students with little time gap between the MHT CET and the JEE Advanced exam.

What is the possible reason for removing the official notification?
As of now, the CET Cell has not issued any official clarification regarding why the dates were removed. The authorities may upload a revised or corrected schedule anytime soon, in case of any revisions. If this is just a technical glitch, then students need not worry, as the final schedule shared earlier will prevail.
The authority conducted the MHT CET session 1 exam from April 11 to 26, having recorded a 95% attendance for the PCM group. With the session 2 exam in May, students get another chance to appear for the Maharashtra CET to improve their scores.
