GATE 2020 admit card to be released today

GATE 2020 Admit Card: Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Delhi is likely to release the GATE 2020 admit card today on the official website: gate.iitd.ac.in. Candidates whose application forms have been accepted by the exam conducting authority will only be allowed to download the admit card of GATE 2020 by logging into the official website.

As per the GATE 2020 schedule, the examination will be conducted online (computer-based) in two shifts on February 1, 2, 8 and 9 for different papers. The details regarding the examinations and the slots for the exams will be provided on the admit card of GATE 2020. Candidates can download the GATE 2020 admit card from the official website.

The GATE 2020 admit card is a mandatory document that every candidate must carry to the examination centre along with an original non-expired government photo id card. The examination schedule and centre’s address will be mentioned on the GATE admit card 2020. Candidates must note that the admit card will be released online only.

GATE 2020 Admit Card: Steps to download

Step-1: Visit the GATE 2020 official website or click on the link above

Step-2: Click on the “Download GATE 2020 admit card

Step-3: Enter the required login details

Step-4: Download the GATE admit card 2020 and take multiple printouts of it

After downloading the admit card, candidates must check the details mentioned on it. The GATE 2020 admit card will comprise the name and roll number of the candidate, examination schedule, reporting time to the examination centre, candidates photograph and signature, and the instructions to be followed on the exam day. In case of any discrepancy, the candidate must immediately contact the authorities as the wrong information in the admit card may lead to cancellation of candidature.

GATE 2020 will be conducted in the computer-based mode on February 1, 2, 8 and 9, 2020. The examination will be conducted in two slots. The first slot will be from 9: 30 AM to 12: 30 PM while the second slot will be from 2: 30 to 5: 30 PM.
