IIT Delhi Launches 9th Batch of Online Advanced Programme in Electric Vehicle Technology
IIT Delhi has introduced the ninth batch of online Advanced Programme in Electric Vehicle Technology. Interested candidates can apply by March 19, 2026.
The Continuing Education Programme (CEP) under IIT Delhi has again launched the online Advanced Programme in Electric Vehicle Technology. This is the ninth batch of the program. The last date to apply for this is March 19, 2026.
After completing this program successfully, students will learn about battery types & performance, understand EV basics & drivetrains, study power electronics & converters, explore cell manufacturing and pack design, explore EV policies & market outlook, and learn BMS functions & charging standards.
The program modules include overview of Electric Vehicle, Battery Characteristics, Batteries, Fuel Cell and Supercapacitor for Electric Vehicle, Power Electronics Interface, Cell to Battery Module and Pack, overview of policies, and BMS & Electric Vehicle Chargers.

See below few highlights:
- Students who will complete all requirements of program will get an official e-certification from CEP, IIT Delhi.
- Those who will maintain a minimum of 50% attendance and score 50% overall will get a Certificate of Completion.
- Students who will score less than 50% will only get Participation Certificate even if they have completed 50% attendance.
Refund Policy For Advanced Programme in Electric Vehicle Technology
Students are allowed to withdraw within 15 days from the date the program started. If they do so, a total of 80% of fee will be refunded. Students must know that applicable tax amount paid will not be refunded.
Those who will refund after 15 days after the program starts will not be eligible for any refund.
For requesting refund, students need to email on cepaccounts@admin.iitd.ac.in and iitd-support@hclguvi.com. If refund is applicable, it will be processed within 30 working days after the request is sent.
