JEE Advanced 2021 registration last date extended till September 21

JEE Advanced 2021 Registration: IIT Kharagpur has extended the registration and fee payment deadline for the JEE Advanced till September 21. Read on to know more.

JEE Advanced 2021 application form: The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kharagpur has extended the last date for the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Advanced registration till September 21, 2021. The online JEE Advanced applications began on September 15.

To apply for the JEE Advanced, candidates can visit the official website: jeeadv.ac.in till 11:59 pm by entering JEE Main 2021 application number, password and security pin. The last date for fee payment is September 21 till 11:59 pm. The examination is scheduled to be conducted on October 3.

Those who qualified for the JEE Main and scored above the required JEE cutoff score as per their category are only eligible to apply for the JEE Advanced 2021. As per JEE main result, the JEE advanced 2021 cut-off for the unreserved category will be 87.89-100 NTA score, it is 68-87.8 NTA score for OBC, 46.8-87.89 for SC, 34.67-87.89 for ST, and 66.22-87.89 for EWS categories.

A student is allowed to apply for JEE Advanced a maximum of two times in two consecutive years. The examination consists of two papers – Paper-1 and Paper - 2 – of three hours duration each. A candidate has to appear for both papers.

Female, SC, ST, and PwD candidates (all categories) have to pay Rs 1,400 JEE Advanced 2021 registration fee. All other candidates will be required to pay Rs 2,800.

The JEE Advanced admit cards will be available for download from September 25 and the result will be declared on October 15. JEE Advanced is conducted for admission to prestigious Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs).
