JEE Main 2021: BTech Paper begins today
The JEE Main exam BTech/BE (paper 1) exam is being held in two shifts for day 1, first shift will be between 9 am and 12 noon and the second from 3 pm to 6 pm. Read more details below.
The JEE Main BTech paper will be held today in two shifts, the forenoon session is being held from 9 am to 12 noon, while the afternoon session will be conducted from 3 pm to 6 pm. As many as 6,61,761 lakh students had registered for JEE Main BTech paper this year for the February session. The National Testing Agency (NTA) conducted the first day of JEE Main BArch and Bplanning paper yesterday on February 23. The JEE Main 2021 exam for admission to the engineering colleges in India will continue till February 26 in online mode.
JEE Main 2021: Things required at the examination hall
Students taking the exam must keep a check on these below important documents to the JEE Main 2021 exam centre:
- Duly filled and unsigned JEE Main self undertaking form with a passport size photograph
- JEE Main 2021 admit card

Candidates will be provided with a three-ply mask at the centre
- One passport size photograph to paste in the attendance sheet
- A valid Photo ID Proof (PAN card/ Driving License/ Voter ID/ Passport/ Aadhaar Card (With photograph))
- Simple and a transparent ballpoint pen

Personal hand sanitiser (50 ml)

Personal Transparent water bottle
Note: For any rough work, A4 size paper will be provided in the examination hall. Candidates have to write their roll number at the top of each sheet taken and drop it at the designated drop box before leaving the examination hall. Failure to do so will result in non-evaluation of answers.
The Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main entrance examination is conducted by NTA every year for admission to BE/BTech/BArch/BPlanning courses across the country. The JEE Main 2021 is being held four times a year - February, March, April and May. It is India's one of the biggest engineering exams and a gateway to take admission to NITs, IIITs, CFTIs, SFAs and an entrance to the IITs through JEE Advanced 2021.
