JEE Main 2021 registration is closing soon on January 16. Check here important points for registration.

National Testing Agency (NTA) will close the JEE Main 2021 application form window on January 16. Candidates can pay their application fees through online payment until January 17. Aspirants who are yet to apply for JEE Main 2021 exam can do so by visiting the official website - https://jeemain.nta.nic.in/. The JEE Main application fees can be submitted only online through Net Banking, Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI or Paytm Services. The NTA JEE Main 2021 will be conducted in multiple sessions - February/March/April/May for admissions in the next academic session.

  • In case, JEE Main 2021 candidates submit the application form with incorrect data and pay the fee, they will have to wait for the NTA to open the correction window. It is advised that the candidates should enter all the details correctly while filling the JEE Main application form. The JEE Main 2021 correction window will open from January 18 to 21.
  • JEE Main candidates are advised to apply for the February examination. In case aspirants are unable to appear for the entrance examination, they can apply for the second attempt after the registration for March opens 3-4 days after the announcement of February results. Candidate has the option to apply for one session or for more than one Session (February/March /April /May 2021) together and pay exam fee accordingly. 
  • JEE Main 2021 candidates will have the option to give three options for the city in which they could appear for the examination. In case, the candidates want to change their choice of the city, they can do so in the next JEE Main attempt. The education minister had clarified earlier that the government would try to assign candidates the first city choices to the registered candidates.
  • This year the authority has introduced 13 regional languages including Assamese, Bengali, Gujarati, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Odia, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu, Urdu in addition to Hindi and English. Candidates must note that they are only allowed to choose a regional language for a particular state or a city from where they are appearing for the examination, or else they can attempt the paper in the English language.
