IIT Kanpur will commence the JEE Advanced registration on April 23 at the official website. Eligible candidates will be able to fill the JEE Advanced application form 2025 at jeeadv.ac.in. NTA will announce the All India Ranks of the candidates with the JEE Main 2025 session 2 result. The final percentile of the candidates and the AIR will be based on the best performance of the candidates out of both sessions (January and April). NTA will announce the JEE Main 2025 final result, cutoff and AIR by April 17.

As per the experts, the expected marks in JEE Main 2025 for 99 percentile can be 170 to 180 marks out of 300.

The official JEE Main 2025 answer key, response sheet and question papers will be uploaded by NTA in the second week of April after the exam is over in all shifts and days. The JEE Main question paper will have questions from Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as per the prescribed syllabus. Each Subject will have two sections. Section A will be of Multiple-Choice Questions (MCQs) and Section B will contain Questions whose answers are to be filled in as a numerical value. In Section B, candidates have to attempt any 05 (five) questions out of 10. There will be negative marking for both Section A and Section B. For each question in Section B, a candidate has to enter the correct integer value of the answer using the mouse and the on-screen virtual numeric keypad in the place designated to enter the answer. For Section B, the answer should be rounded off to the nearest integer.

Key areas such as Matrices, 3D Geometry, Vectors, Conic Sections, Calculus, and Determinants were prominently featured. Some questions, however, were lengthy and time-consuming, adding to the challenge.
