JEE Mains 2026 session 2 answer keys were released on April 11, and the challenge window was activated alonwith the answer key release. NTA will close the challenge window today, April 13, by 11:50 pm. To challenge the answer keys, candidates have to login to the official website, jeemain.nta.nic.in, using their application number and password.

The National Testing Agency (NTA) will close the JEE Mains 2026 answer key challenge window today, April 13. Challenge window is open at jeemain.nta.nic.in until 11:50 PM today. Read details below.

JEE Mains 2026 session 2 answer keys were released on April 11, and the challenge window was activated alonwith the answer key release. NTA will close the challenge window today, April 13, by 11:50 pm. To challenge the answer keys, candidates have to login to the official website, jeemain.nta.nic.in, using their application number and password. The response sheet of the students is also available under the login.

How to Challenge JEE Mains 2026 Answer Key Session 2?

To challenge the JEE Mains 2026 answer key, candidates can follow the steps below:

  • Visit the official JEE Main 2026 website, jeemain.nta.ac.in.
  • Click ‘Answer Key Challenge for JEE Main 2026’.
  • Login with your Application Number and Password, enter the Security PIN as displayed and submit.
  • Click ‘Challenge (s) regarding Answer Key’.
  • You will see the Question IDs in the order for JEE Main 2026.
  • The ID next to the question under the column ‘Correct Option’ stands for the most appropriate Answer Key by NTA.
  • If you wish to challenge this option, you may use any one or more of the Option IDs given in the next four columns by clicking the check box.
  • You may upload supporting documents, for which you can select ‘Choose File and Upload (all documents to be put in a single PDF file).
  • After clicking your desired option, for Mathematics / Physics / Chemistry for Paper 1 (B.E./B.Tech.), scroll down and ‘Save your claim’ and move on to the next screen.
  • You will see a display of all the Option IDs you have challenged.
  • Click on ‘Save your claim and Pay Fee finally’.
  • Select the Mode of Payment and pay a non-refundable processing fee of INR 200/- for each question.

In case questions are dropped, full marks (+4) are awarded to all candidates who appeared in that specific shift, regardless of whether they attempted the question

NTA will release the JEE Mains 2026 final answer key before or on the day of the result, which is scheduled to be out by April 20.
