NTA conducted JEE Main 2026 exam across multiple days with varying difficulty level. To evaluate each candidate on a similar scale, the NTA has used a normalisation process to calculate NTA score. Using a predefined normalisation process ensures fairness by converting raw scores into percentile scores.

NTA will likely publish the final answer key for JEE Main 2026 session 2 either a few hours before or along with the result declaration. The final answer key helps NTA to calculate the final scores and percentiles of all candidates who took the April session exam.

To access the JEE Main 2026 session 2 scorecard, candidates must keep their login credentials handy. NTA will need application number and password /date of birth to provide access to the JEE result portal. One must keep the JEE Main admit card ready to refer and provide login details as soon as results are declared.

JEE Main result will be out in an online mode only. Once the NTA declares the JEE Main 2026 results for Session 2, candidates can download their scorecards from the official website, jeemain.nta.nic.in.

Looking at previous year trends, the National Testing Agency often releases the JEE Main Session 2 result earlier than the scheduled date. In 2025, the results were declared on April 19. Therefore, students can expect the JEE Main 2026 scorecard to be available online today. However, the officially notified tentative date for declaration of JEE Mains 2026 April result is April 20.

The National Testing Agency is expected to release the JEE Main 2026 Session 2 results on or before April 20, 2026. The official website to check the NTA JEE Mains result is jeemain.nta.nic.in. No other website will host the result.

NTA has officially announced that the JEE Mains result will be out by April 20. The exact date and time has not been announced.

NTA will declare the JEE Mains result for the April attempt held on April 2, 4, 5, 6, and 8, by April 20. Note that first, NTA will declare the paper 1 result. The paper 2 result will be out later on.

1. Go to Official Websites: Open your browser and visit jeemain.nta.nic.in.
2. Find the Result Link: Look for the link that says "Result of JEE (Main)" or "View Scorecard" on the home page and click on it.
3. Enter Credentials: On the JEE Main 2026 login window, input your Application Number and Password.
4. Enter Security Pin: Type the security code (CAPTCHA) shown on the screen.
5. Submit: Click the "Submit" button.
6. View & Download: Your JEE Main scorecard will appear; download it and take a printout for future reference. 

Candidates will be able to check the JEE Mains session 2 result on the official website - jeemain.nta.nic.in by April 20. 

NTA will release the JEE Mains final answer key a few hours before the result is out, or with the result at jeemain.nta.nic.in.

NTA is anticipated to release the JEE Mains session 2 result between April 19 and 20. The final answer keys will also be released with or before the result.
