The National Testing Agency has activated the JEE Main login 2025 at jeemain.nta.nic.in. Applicants can access the JEE Mains candidate login 2025 through application number and date of birth/password. JEE Main login 2025 can be used to download hall ticket, checking result and others. 

No, Students are not allowed to carry calculators inside the exam centre for JEE Main exam. Students can use the virtual calculator available on the screen during the exam. Virtual calculators will be available on the computer screen of students during the JEE Main exam. 

The JEE Main Confirmation Page is a document that confirms a candidate's successful completion of the registration and fee payment process for the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main, a national-level engineering entrance exam in India. This page is generated after the application form is filled out, and the required examination fee is successfully paid.

The National Testing Agency conducts JEE Main exam twice a year in January and April. The JEE Main paper 1 will be held on January 22, 23, 24, 28, and 29, 2025 and paper 2  will be conducted on January 30, 2025. On the other hand, the JEE Main 2025 Session 2 exam will be held from April 1, 2025, to April 8, 2025. 

Candidates whose photograph specifications are incorrect have been informed by a message on the registered email ID and SMS on their mobile number. To upload the correct image, candidates must log in using their credentials - application number and password, and click on the link to upload a new photograph. The new photo must meet the requirements mentioned by the conducting body. The last date to submit is January 17, 2025. Candidates who will not upload their new photograph as informed will not be issued with a JEE Main 2025 hall ticket, as their application will be considered rejected. 

The fee for raising objections in the JEE Main answer key is INR 200 per question. Candidates need to pay the fees online using internet banking or credit/debit card. The actual fees to be paid for raising the objections will depend on the number of questions selected for the grievance.

If a candidate is facing an issue while uploading a photograph during the JEE Main photo correction facility, then it is advised to contact the JEE Main helpline number 011-40759000/ 011-6922770 or write to NTA at jeemain@nta.nic.in. The JEE Main photo correction link is available till January 17, 2025 (up to 11:50 pm).

The last date to submit the candidate's photograph as per specifications is January 17, 2025 (up to 11:59 pm). Candidates can access the photo-correction link at jeemain.nta.nic.in. 

NTA has activated the JEE Main 2025 photograph correction facility till January 17, 2025 (up to 11:50 pm) for candidates who have uploaded their incorrect photograph specifications while filling out the JEE Main application form 2025 for session 1. 

Candidates can refer to the JEE Main 2025 session 1 photograph specifications below  -

• It must be a passport-size photograph with a size between 10 kb to 300 kb
• The photograph must be recent covering 80% face without a mask visible including ears against the white background. 
• The photograph must be named as “Photograph”
• The format of the candidate’s image must be in JPG or JPEG format.
• Spectacles are allowed in the photograph.

The JEE Main and JEE Advanced syllabi overlap significantly but are not identical. Both exams test knowledge in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics based on the NCERT syllabus for classes 11 and 12. However, the JEE Advanced syllabus is broader in some areas, including advanced topics not covered in JEE Main. The NTA JEE Main is conducted for admission to NITs, IIITs and other CFTIs while JEE Advanced is conducted for admission to IITs.

The qualifying marks for the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main vary each year and are determined by the National Testing Agency (NTA) based on factors such as the number of candidates, exam difficulty, and overall performance.  Candidates get all India rank in JEE Main based on the score they get in the exam. Admission to institutes like NITs, IIITs and GFTIs is given based on all India rank of candidates.

NTA has opened up the JEE Main 2025 Session 1 photo correction facility for the candidates whose photograph are not fulfilling the specifications as prescribed by the authorities. NTA has opened the facility to change/re-upload photographs uploaded in the online application form that are not as per the required specifications. All such candidates whose photos are not as per the specification will receive an email in their registered email ID and an SMS on their registered mobile number. Candidates need to re-upload their photograph by login to the website up to January 17, 2025.

JEE Main candidates who are diabetic can carry items, such as sugar tablets, fruits like bananas or apples, and a transparent water bottle with no label on it. They must keep a check on their health before and in between the exam to avoid any health issues.
