Joint Seat Allocation Authority has released JoSAA 2025 round 3 seat allotment result today, July 2. Candidates participating in counselling process can check seat allotment result at josaa.nic.in. They have to use their JEE Main application number and password to check JoSAA round 3 seat allotment result 2025.

Candidates have been allotted seats as per choices filled by them and their JEE Main/JEE Advanced AIR. Those who have been allotted seat through JoSAA round 2 seat allotment result must download the “Initial Seat Allotment Intimation Slip”, which has information regarding seat allotment and steps that have to be followed for seat confirmation by the candidate.

  • Enter JEE Main application number and password on login page

  • View and download JoSAA round 3 seat allotment result for future reference

What to Do Next After Release of JoSAA Round 3 Seat Allotment 2025 Result and How to Confirm Seat?

Once allotted seat, candidates must select one of three options to indicate their admission decision

  • Choose this if candidates are satisfied with allotted seat and do not wish to participate in further rounds.
  • Opt for this if they accept seat but are open to higher preference choices in upcoming rounds.
  • Select this if they accept the seat but are open to upgrading within same institute to preferred course.

However, to confirm seat, candidates first have to download provisional allotment letter which will be available on their dashboard. They must also upload all specified documents as per their preferred institution. Following this, they are required to pay seat acceptance fee as per their categories. Payment can be made through online banking, UPI or using debit or credit cards.
