KCET registration 2025: KEA issues fresh guidelines for document verification process

Karnataka Examination Authority has released the KCET2 registration 2025 important guidelines for document verification. Candidates are advised to go through all guidelines related to the KCET 2025 application form. As per the schedule, KCET 2025 registration last date is February 18. KCET Application Form 2025: Karnataka Examination Authority has released the important guidelines for KCET registration 2025 document verification process. Applicants looking for admission are advised to go through the KCET document verification guidelines before registration. KCET 2025 application form is available at kea.kar.nic.in. The document verification process of KCET 2025 commences after submitting the application form successfully. The last date to complete KCET registration 2025 is February 18. However, successfully registered candidates can pay KCET application fee by February 20.

Important Guidelines for KCET 2025 Document Verification 

• Applicants who have claimed Clause Code 'A' and not studied from 1st to 10th class in Kannada medium, Rural, Religious/Linguistic Minority reservations but whose 07 years study has been verified through SATS will get a Claim Certificate as Successfully Verified. Such candidates need not visit any college for verification, and it means that the application is accepted.  

• Candidates who have claimed clause code "A" and studied 10 years from 1st to 10th class and claimed Kannada Medium, Rural, Religious or Linguistic reservation will receive the claim certificate printed as 'Claimed Verified or Claimed not Verified or not Claimed. Such students will have to meet the Principal of PUC/12 Std. studying college or nearest Government PU college along with the relevant original documents (as per the format mentioned in KEA website) and one set of Xerox copies for verification of the documents.  

• Schedule for document verification for students who have entered Clause codes 'B', 'C', 'D', 'T', 'J', 'K', 'L', 'M', 'N' other than clause code 'A' will be published on the KEA website. Students who have entered clause codes 'E', 'F', 'G', 'H', 'O' will have to get the academic documents verified in the PUC/12 Std, studying college. But documents related to Defence, Ex-Defence, CAPF, Ex-CAPF should be submitted thereafter for verification in KEA.  

• Caste, Caste-Income Certificate RD numbers will be verified online. Hence, students are advised to check the validity of the certificates and enter the RD numbers correctly in the application. 

KCET 2025 exam is scheduled to be conducted on April 16 & 17 in offline pen and paper mode. KEA will conduct the KCET 2025 Kannada language exam on April 18. After the conclusion of the registration process, the authorities will commence the KCET 2025 application form correction facility. Candidates will be issued KCET admit card 2025 on April 7.  

At the time of filling KCET application form 2025, applicants also need to enter their SATS number. KEA will fetch all the details regarding educational qualification and others through KCET SATS number.
