NCHM JEE Application Form 2025

The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the NCHM JEE 2025 application form on the official website. Interested and eligible candidates willing to apply for the National Council for Hotel Management Joint Entrance Examination (NCHM JEE) can fill the application form in online mode on or before February 15, 2025.

However, students are suggested not to wait for the NCHM JEE 2025 registration last date and to apply at the earliest to avoid last-minute discrepancies. The NCHM JEE 2025 registration link is activated at exams.nta.ac.in. Students can fill the application form using personal and academic details. 

NCHM JEE 2025 Application Fee 

Students willing to fill NCHM JEE 2025 registration form can check the category-wise registration fee from below:

Students willing to appear for the NCHM JEE 2025 exam are provided with the important dates for the exam here. The authorities will conduct NCHM JEE 2025 exam in Computer Based Test (CBT) Mode on April 27, 2025, between 11 AM to 2 PM. 

Admission to the BSc HHA programme will be made on the merit of All India Rank in NCHM JEE. Following this, a centralised web-based online counselling will be held on an India basis and seats/Institutes is allotted on a merit cum choice basis. 

How to Fill NCHM JEE Application Form 2025? 

Students have to follow the below steps to complete the registration formalities: 

  • Visit the official website - exams.nta.ac.in/NCHM.
  • Click on the 'NCHM JEE 2025: Click here for register/Login,’ link displayed on the homepage.
  • Next, register using basic personal details and proceed to fill out the application form.
  • Fill the application form using personal and academic details and pay the registration fee and submit the application.
  • Take a printout of the application for future reference.

The registration for NCHMCT JEE 2026 is likely to begin from October. The registration process for NCHMCT JEE 2026 will be conducted online through the official NCHMCT JEE website. Candidates had to create an account and fill out the online application form, providing accurate personal, educational, and other relevant details. They will also need to upload scanned copies of the required documents, including passport-size photograph, signature, Class 12 mark sheet, and any other relevant certificates or documents.

Mandatory Documents:

  1. Scanned copy of passport-size photograph: A recent one photograph, taken against a light background with your face clearly visible. The size of the photograph should be 2 inches x 2 inches.
  2. Scanned copy of signature: The signature should be clear and should match the one on your identity proof.
  3. Class 12 mark sheet: You will need to upload a scanned copy of your Class 12 mark sheet. The mark sheet should be from a recognised board or university.
  4. Identity proof: You will need to upload a scanned copy of a valid identity proof, such as your Aadhaar card, PAN card, or Voter's ID card.

Additional Documents (if applicable):

  • Category certificate: If you belong to an SC, ST, or OBC category, you will need to upload a scanned copy of your category certificate.
  • Disability certificate: If you are a person with disability (PWD), you will need to upload a scanned copy of your disability certificate.
  • Ex-serviceman certificate: If you are an ex-serviceman or the dependent of an ex-serviceman, you will need to upload a scanned copy of your ex-serviceman certificate.
