PUBDET Counselling 2025 Released: WBJEEB has released counselling schedule for PUBDET exam on August 30, 2025. Candidates can check the counselling dates, seat matrix, and fee details on the official website: wbjeeb.nic.in/pubdet. Earlier, WBJEEB released PUBDET counselling notification on August 26, 2025 on its official website.
According to the PUBDET 2025 counselling schedule, the seat matrix will be uploaded on the official websites on August 30. The registration for counselling of PUBDET 2025 will start on September 2.

Documents Required for PUBDET 2025 Counselling
Candidates must carry the following documents for verification:
- PUBDET 2025 Admit Card
- PUBDET 2025 Rank Card
- Class 10th Marksheet & Certificate
- Class 12th Marksheet & Certificate
- Caste Certificate (if applicable)
- Domicile Certificate of West Bengal (if applicable)
- Passport-size photographs
- Seat allotment letter (downloaded online)
- Valid Photo ID Proof (Aadhar Card/ Voter ID/ Passport)
Important Instructions for Candidates
- Candidates must register for the PUBDET counselling within the given time.
- The official authorities will not accept late registrations.
- Once a seat is allotted and accepted, candidates must report for document verification to confirm their admission.
- The seat allotment will be cancelled if the candidate fails to pay the seat acceptance fee or verify documents.
- Counselling is conducted online only, candidates do not need to visit the WBJEEB office.
Ranks cards with scores are issued to all candidates, who will appear in PUBDET. But all may not be awarded a rank and hence may not be eligible for counseling, for which a cut off rank and/or a cut off score will be decided by the Board. Result will be published in the form of Rank Card, which contains all relevant ranks, total score, and component scores in respective papers. Candidates can view and download their rank card by logging in with their password. The Board never publishes a rank list to ensure confidentiality to each individual candidate.
