ISB Online, the digital arm of the Indian School of Business, has launched the Cybersecurity for Leaders programme in collaboration with Emeritus. The course has been launched to empower leaders to safeguard their businesses against the escalating frequency and sophistication of cyberattacks.
Cybersecurity for Leaders Programme begins on June 30
Integrated with AI and Generative AI, this strategically curated 16-week online programme offers participants a pathway to a high-growth career in cybersecurity leadership. It delivers a comprehensive curriculum covering cybersecurity regulations, compliance, frameworks and real-world applications of emerging technologies, enabling leaders to improve decision-making, build resilient teams, and proactively respond to today’s fast-evolving cyber threat landscape.
Slated to commence on June 30, the programme will be delivered through pre-recorded videos and live online sessions by globally renowned ISB faculty. Any graduate/diploma holder with a minimum of 10 years of work experience can apply for the programme. The course fee is INR 1,39,900 + GST. Upon successful completion of the programme with a minimum grade of 70%, participants will receive a certificate of completion from ISB Online.
It includes cutting-edge modules on AI and Generative AI in cybersecurity, essential cybersecurity frameworks, and practical training in industry-relevant tools and technologies. Participants will engage with real-world case studies, business scenarios, and a capstone project, supported by live sessions assignments, and quizzes. The modules of this programme include zero trust architecture, supply chain risk management, regulations and compliance, incident response and crisis management, artificial intelligence in cybersecurity, and cloud security among others.

The ISB Online Cybersecurity for Leaders programme is crafted for senior leaders and aspiring cybersecurity professionals eager to master cutting-edge strategies and frameworks to safeguard their organisations. It is ideal for those aiming to lead security operations, develop resilient applications, and drive new initiatives by acquiring hands-on expertise in intrusion detection and prevention. Additionally, it supports professionals transitioning to cybersecurity leadership careers, equipping them with the skills to ensure data privacy compliance and implement robust security measures that align with immediate and long-term business goals.
As per the official website, 1,208 offers were made to the PGPM batch of 2024 out of which 27 were international offers. Further, 405 companies participated in the ISB placements 2024. In addition, 80% of the PGP batch 2024 received a package of more than INR 35 LPA. In 2023, the average package and median package for mid-80% were INR 33.26 LPA and INR 32 LPA, respectively. 324 companies visited the institute campus in 2023 and offered 1,609 job opportunities during ISB Hyderabad placements 2023. The number of international offers made during 2023 placements was 31.
The institute has not disclosed the lowest salary data. However, the average and median packages for mid-80% have been released, which are as follows:
