The Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA) has announced that the Karnataka PGCET 2020 qualified candidates, who could not appear for the Document Verification process between December 13 and December 18, can now do so on December 22, between 11 am and 3 pm. According to KEA, this is the last chance for the candidates to participate in the Karnataka PGCET 2020 counselling. There would be no further round for document verification beyond this.

In the official notification, KEA has stated, β€œThe PGCET 2020 eligible candidates who could not be able to attend Document verification from 13-12-2020 to 18-12-2020 can appear for document verification in any of the helpline centres on 22-12-2020 from 11.00 am to 3.00 pm with all the original documents to become eligible for PGCET 2020 for admission to MBA/MCA/ME/MTech/MArch courses.”

The original schedule for Karnataka PGCET 2020 counselling or document verification was from December 13 to December 17, which got postponed by a day, owing to cancellation of document verification in the Bangalore centre on December 15.

Karnataka PGCET 2020 Counselling – Documents Required

Candidates need to carry the following documents for the counselling rounds in original as well as attested photocopies.

  • Final print out of Karnataka PGCET 2020 application form

  • Fee receipt

  • Karnataka PGCET 2020 mark sheet

  • Karnataka PGCET 2020 hall ticket

  • Class 10 mark sheet

  • Class 12 mark sheet

  • Qualifying degree marks cards of all semesters

  • Degree certificate / provisional degree certificate

  • Study certificate countersigned by BEO as per the format (Only for Karnataka candidates)

  • Work experience certificate (in case of working candidates)

  • Sponsored certificate (If applicable)

  • Caste certificate

  • Income certificate

Karnataka PGCET 2020 was conducted over a window of two days on October 13 and October 14. The provisional answer keys were released on October 20. The final answer key and result were released on December 6. The scores of Karnataka PGCET 2020 will be accepted by 178 institutes across the state.
