AIMA today announced that the MAT 2020 May session exam may be rescheduled for both PBT and CBT modes. MAT 2020 May exam is CBT mode was scheduled for May 3 and PBT exam was scheduled for May 16.

“Due to the outbreak of the Novel Coronavirus pandemic we may be constrained to reschedule the test dates for May 2020 “MAT” (both CBT and PBT); keeping in mind various factors such as the prevailing circumstances, government orders/guidelines in respect of the same, convenience of candidates, etc. We are constantly reviewing the situation and will announce the fresh test dates at the earliest possible,” said the official notification uploaded on AIMA website.

However, AIMA official has confirmed to Shiksha that the MAT 2020 registration for May session exam will continue as scheduled. The last date of MAT 2020 registration for CBT mode exam is April 26, while that of PBT mode is May 10. Any candidate who is a graduate or final year graduation student can apply for MAT exam. The application fee in Rs 1550 for all category students.

How to Register for MAT 2020?

Candidates can fill MAT 2020 registration form for CBT and PBT mode exams on the official website.  Check the detailed MAT application process below-

  1. Visit AIMA’s official website
  2. Create log in ID by pressing the ‘Register Button’
  3. Enter email ID and registered mobile number
  4. You will receive OTP on your registered mobile number. Enter it and click on “Verify and Submit” button
  5. Get confirmation message for the newly created login on the registered email ID
  6. Use email ID and password to log in
  7. Enter details in the mentioned field and click on “submit” button
  8. Select the exam mode as PBT, test city of your choice and payment mode
  9. To complete the registration process, make payment of Rs 1550/-
  10. Click on “Save and Next” button
  11. Upload image of scanned photograph and scanned signature
    1. Scanned photograph specification - not exceeding the size of 75 KB and not less than 20 KB.
    2. Scanned signature specification - jpg/jpeg format, size not exceeding 50 KB and not less than 5 KB.
  12. Fill in your personal and academic qualification details
  13. Click on “Save” option and thoroughly check the form before submission
  14. Take the printout of the duly filled MAT application form for future reference
