TANCET 2025 exam will be held today, March 22. The MCA exam will be held in the first shift, whereas, the MBA exam is scheduled for second shift of the day. Check TANCET exam timings and dress code for males and females.

Anna University will conduct the TANCET 2025 exam today, March 22. Candidates appearing for the state-level MBA and MCA entrance exams must follow the schedule mentioned on their admit cards.

The MCA exam will take place in the first shift from 10:00 AM to 12:00 Noon, while the MBA exam is scheduled for the second shift from 2:30 PM to 4:30 PM. Candidates must try and reach the exam centre at least 30 minutes before the reporting time specified on the TANCET admit cards.

Before allowing entry inside the test centre, exam officials will check the TANCET admit cards and photo ID proofs to verify the identity of the candidates.

TANCET 2025 Dress Code for Males and Females

Candidates appearing for the TANCET exam will undergo frisking at the exam centre. Officials will check for prohibited items as listed on the TANCET admit card. Candidates should avoid carrying any items not allowed inside the test centre. They must wear simple, light, and comfortable clothing such as half-sleeved shirts or t-shirts, trousers, and sandals. Officials may ask candidates to remove shoes or clothing with multiple pockets to check for any items that could be used for unfair practices. Candidates should also avoid wearing jewellery, metallic items, or any other accessory.

Female candidates are not permitted to wear kurtis, leggings, palazzos, stoles, dupattas, or scarves. Underwired bras should also be avoided due to security screening procedures.

Both male and female candidates must not wear hoodies, sweatshirts, jackets, or shirts with large buttons, as these may cause delays during security checks.

Headwear, including caps, mufflers, and scarves, is not allowed unless required for religious or cultural reasons.
